Teachers and Students: We are not satisfied unless you are.  We offer an unconditional money-back guarantee, effective for three months after the purchase date, no questions asked. Simply return the product and a copy of your receipt to the address below, and we will refund you the purchase price in full.

Book stores and other resellers: Returns are easy. A credit memo will be issued for the full amount of the purchase if we receive the product in salable condition within 3 months of purchase.  We regret that we cannot accept the return of audio CDs.
